  • How do I take care of my pets’ toys?

Most pets generally use their mouths to play with their toys, hence, It is important to clean their toys from time to time.

When washing plush toys in the washing machine, use your judgement in determining which cycle will work best. More delicate toys, those with squeakers, plastic parts, or crinkle material, should be dried either in a low-heat cycle or hung on a line to dry. Sturdy, heavier-duty dog toys should hold up quite well in a normal wash cycle – just stick with cold or warm water instead of hot, which could damage stuffing material, squeakers. We usually use a 30 mins cycle at a 35-40°C.

SPLOOT’s toys are exclusively designed in Singapore and made in China.

  • My dog ate some of the squeaker! Is it toxic?

Always give squeaking toys to your pets under supervision. Your pets may feel the urge to find and destroy the squeak source and could ingest it. Know your pet's chewing habits before leaving him/her alone with any toy.

  • What are your shipping charges?  Do you have free shipping?
    - For local orders in Singapore, we offer free shipping for orders over SGD$60. 
    - For overseas orders, shipping is free for orders above SGD$150.

  • Local Delivery within Singapore

  • Standard Courier
    $3.90 per parcel.
    This is a doorstep delivery and parcels may take up to 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered to local addresses.

  • Express Courier
    $7.00 per parcel.
    Parcels will be delivered by the next working day (excluding weekends, public holidays and office closure) to local addresses for orders made before 11:00 (GMT +8:00). For orders made after 11:00, we will try to expedite and have it delivered by the next working day but it may only be delivered by the following working day.

  • International Delivery (Worldwide)

  • Free shipping for orders above SGD$150.

    $15.00 per parcel to Asia.
    $20.00 per parcel to the Rest of the World, excluding Asia.

    Shipping costs calculated based on the weight of parcel and delivery country. Parcels may take up to 7 to 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered subject to no unforeseen delays by customs. This is a doorstep international delivery option that is safer and faster. Kindly note that all parcels are subject to a weight limit of 3 kg per parcel at the moment. 


  • I received a defective/wrong item, what should I do?
    We are sorry you received a defective/wrong item!

    Please email us 14 days from the date of receipt with the following info:
    1. Your order and item number
    2. Photo of the defective/wrong item

    We will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. In the event that the item you ordered is sold out, we will offer you store credits of the item value.

    We only offer exchanges or store credits of the item value.  Strictly no cash refund for items purchased from our site.

    Returns will only be accepted for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unused, unwashed, unaltered, unspoilt and no stains).

    Enquiries regarding returns will be attended to with 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please refrain from sending us multiple emails as this will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you.

  • I did not use my discount code, what can I do?
    While we understand how frustrating it is to miss out on a good discount, we are unable to offer you a refund on the discount amount. We hope you understand our limitations as a small business. 🙏🏻
